This free library includes a collection of simple, low-friction tools designed to support mental clarity, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. All tools are printable and intentionally minimal. They work well for neurodivergent minds, high-stress periods, and days when motivation is low. Each category below reflects a different way to support your nervous system and reduce cognitive load.

This collection includes five themed word searches focused on ADHD, minimalism, mindfulness, habits, and wellness. These are designed as focus tools. Word searches can help settle racing thoughts, provide visual structure, and offer a low-effort way to re-engage attention without screens.
Coloring Pages
The coloring pages mirror the same themes as the word searches. They are designed to support grounding through repetitive motion and visual calm. These pages are not about creativity or skill. They are meant to slow the body and mind, especially during moments of stress or restlessness.
