Coloring Pages
These coloring pages are designed to support regulation, not creativity or productivity. They are intentionally simple, pattern-based, and aligned with the same themes as the word searches: ADHD, minimalism, mindfulness, habits, and wellness.
Coloring supports the nervous system through repetitive motion and visual containment. It can help reduce stress, soften hyperarousal, and provide a non-verbal way to settle during difficult moments. These pages are not meant to be finished or displayed. They are meant to be used.
There is no right way to engage with them. You can color for one minute or thirty. You can stop halfway. You can reuse the same page multiple times. The value comes from the process, not the outcome.
These pages work well during breaks, recovery periods, or alongside listening to music or podcasts. They offer a gentle way to stay present without requiring emotional processing or reflection.
